Course Change Application Procedure

Step for change course; 1. Check STATUS whether eligible to qualify for the new program to be converted. Eligibility requirements for all programs can be found at http://www.kptm.edu.my/index.php

2. IMPORTANT: Only applications ELIGIBILITY TO SERVE ONLY to be considered for a change of course.

3. If have checked that you meet the eligibility requirements, you can make your application through one of the following manners:

• By Phone: 03-9285 6033/9281 0762/9283 7186/9281 9700

• Walk into any college KPTM branches close. (please bring;

1. original documents such as identity cards, 
2. birth certificates, 
3. copies of SPM and related certificates) 

• Through Facebook: Click the message button in KPTM ​​recruitment site,

Please state the name, ic, course code, and no hp for the program to be converted  for every application.

Applications will be processed in stages. Please be informed.
